Access to the Service is provisioned per team by Track.to. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys, and for all activity under your account.
You may not use the Service to create links to content that is illegal, fraudulent, or malicious. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our payment provider. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Track.to is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised date.
